About the Role:
Aramis is hiring a proactive ERP Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for clients using our ERP solutions. You’ll provide technical and functional support, resolve queries, and help enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for ERP systems
  • Log and track support tickets
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues via phone and online
  • Support ERP system/database integrity
  • Create and deliver user training
  • Document issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams for escalations

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, CRM
  • Experience with ERP systems and SQL (2016+)
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ year in ERP support, ideally with accounting ERP
