Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across all digital platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, campaign management, and content strategy to support the company’s overall business goals.
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
1. Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize conversion funnels to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
- Improve website ranking and visibility through on-page and off-page optimization.
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs/SEMRush.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan content calendars, create engaging content (in collaboration with design and content teams), and track engagement metrics.
- Monitor trends and implement growth strategies accordingly.
4. Email & Marketing Automation
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Build email flows and automation to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor performance and improve deliverability and engagement rates.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels using Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant tools.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to inform marketing decisions and ROI analysis.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
6. Website & Content Management
- Oversee website content updates and performance optimization (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Collaborate with designers and developers for UI/UX improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency and SEO best practices are followed across content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (including GA4), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience in digital marketing for IT companies, particularly in ERP and HRMS domains.
- Strong grasp of platforms like SEO/SEM, social media, Google Ads, and content marketing tailored to B2B enterprise tech.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
